Older women come out in support of MADONNA.
The Sun newspaper today dedicated a two page article to women aged 53 baring themselves and being proud to do it. These amazingly brave women have come out in support of the world’s most famous woman who has, in recent days, been under fire for baring her breast at a concert in Istanbul.
I commend The Sun for featuring this article and spreading the message further that age is NOTHING to be ashamed of and Madonna has as much right to express herself as any women at any age. If this can raise awareness about ageism and also give women the courage to see that they are beautiful at any age then it’s a positive thing.
This is how we break barriers and change society for the better.
